If you don’t want to pay anything, SoftMaker offers a less-capable, no-cost version called FreeOffice (Opens in a new window). Either option costs less than Microsoft’s alternatives. You can buy the SoftMaker Office suite as a one-time purchase or opt for a subscription-based model. For most ordinary office and personal work in a word-processor, spreadsheet, or presentations app, SoftMaker strikes a near-perfect balance.

Although it doesn’t offer online versions or collaboration capabilities, it offers a free, full-featured Android version plus a free, impressively-full-featured iOS version in public beta test. It also runs on Windows, macOS, and Linux systems with slightly different feature sets on each platform. This office suite offers high compatibility with Office documents fast performance and a mostly clean and efficient interface. It has more of a presence in Europe than in the US, but SoftMaker should be at the top of your list if you don't want to use Microsoft’s Office apps. You may have never heard of SoftMaker Office, but in many ways, it’s the best desktop-based alternative to Microsoft 365.

We knew she was scamming us because she kept using different Nigerian numbers to contact him as he lied to her in an email saying he would pay $1800, which is more than I was asked to pay so that he could catch her out. Luckily for me I was texting my fiancé whilst this happened and he felt that this was a scam. These people have gentle kind voices to make you think they are trust worthy. Hence why they tried to scam up to £2000+. For example, they kept asking me how much money I have saved for Canada and I told them £2000. Additionally, the amount of money they ask for is equal to the amount you have in your savings. However when the payment wasn’t going through, she gave me time to go to the bank. I asked her for time to discuss with my partner and then I would get back to her but she kept saying no. This is bearing in mind that I was initially told that I was eligible for over 8 visas so why insist on the student one? The red flag for me was when Nicole was insisting that I pay the $1700 otherwise I would lose my application. They then asked me for $1700 for a student visa and that they would help me find someone to help me find a school. They conned me out of £312 saying that it was for the lawyer that was going to help me. They are very meticulous and smart however there are ways to catch them out which I will explain.

Please BEWARE! This ‘organisation’ is an organised scam.
